- Register as an existing or new patient, complete patient take package, complete patient forms and provide payment information (insurance, credit or bank information)

- Manage Medications as prescribed by provider, track inventory and get detailed information about medication interaction, instructions and side effects. Descriptive media such as videos and infographics can be accessed through the platform to help patients adhere to prescribed medications.

- Track Adherence to medications and prescribed protocols by confirming when they have followed provider instructions and link these actions to Outcomes.
- Communicate, consult, and interact with providers in real time either via messaging, telephone or telehealth on all aspects of their healthcare journey, including clinical, administrative, and financial.

- Onboard a new patient, create patient chart and add notes. They are able to configure the patient view based on their needs.
- See Prescriptions and initiate dosage changes and renewals via 3rd party prescription integration.
- Manage calendars for clinical staff, rooms and assets allowing the provider organization to efficiently make changes in real time that will be pushed to the patient applications.
- Securely communicate and share information with the patient using the message center.
- Manage patient documentation, collecting and uploading new patient information directly into the patient chart.
- Manage patient consents and e-signatures through the integration of DocuSign (Adobe and other tools supported).
